Cancellation Policy

Terms & Conditions – One-Time and 6-Session Business Coaching Bundle 1. Introduction By purchasing the One-Time business coaching/Aligned for Success 6-session business coaching bundle, you agree to the following terms and conditions. This package is designed to help business owners align their values with their business for sustainable growth and success. 2. Booking & Payment Full payment is required at the time of booking unless a payment plan has been agreed upon in writing. Payment can be made via my online booking portal. Sessions must be scheduled within 1 month from the date of purchase, otherwise, unused sessions will be forfeited. 3. Cancellations & Rescheduling Client Cancellations: At least 24 hours’ notice is required to reschedule a session. Cancellations within 24 hours will be counted as a completed session. Consultant Cancellations: If the consultant needs to reschedule, an alternative date will be offered at no additional cost. No refunds will be issued for unused sessions unless under exceptional circumstances, at the discretion of the consultant. 4. Session Format & Delivery Sessions will be conducted via Zoom or in-person. The client is responsible for ensuring a quiet and distraction-free environment for sessions. Sessions last approximately 60 minutes each. 5. Client Responsibility The client is responsible for actively participating, completing any agreed-upon actions, and implementing strategies discussed. Results are not guaranteed, as business growth depends on multiple factors outside the consultant’s control. 6. Confidentiality All discussions and business information shared will remain confidential. The consultant will not disclose any client details unless required by law. 7. Intellectual Property Any materials provided are for the client’s personal use and must not be shared, reproduced, or sold without permission. 8. Liability & Disclaimer The coaching service is for guidance and strategic support. It does not constitute financial, legal, or psychological advice. The coach/consultant is not liable for any business decisions or outcomes resulting from the sessions. 9. Complaints & Dispute Resolution If you have any concerns, please contact Oliver Charles via oc@olivercharlescoaching.co.uk to resolve issues amicably. Any disputes will be handled under UK law. By purchasing a coaching session or bundle, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.
