Cancellation Policy

Coaching Session Booking Policy 1. Booking & Payment All coaching sessions must be booked in advance via [booking platform/email/phone]. Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed. Package payments must be made in full before the first session unless a payment plan has been arranged. 2. Cancellations & Rescheduling More than 24 hours’ notice: You may reschedule or cancel your session with no charge. Less than 24 hours’ notice: Cancellations or rescheduling within 24 hours of the session will be charged at 50% of the session fee. No-shows: If you do not attend a session without notice, the full session fee will be charged. 3. Late Arrivals If you are late, the session will still end at the scheduled time. If you are more than 15 minutes late without prior notice, the session may be considered a no-show and charged accordingly. 4. Refunds Refunds are not available for completed sessions. If you have purchased a coaching package and wish to cancel, refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis, minus any sessions already used. 5. Confidentiality & Ethics All sessions are private and confidential. Your personal details and discussions will not be shared without your consent, except in cases where there is a legal or ethical obligation to do so (e.g., safeguarding concerns). 6. Session Format Sessions may be held in person, via Zoom, or by phone, as agreed in advance. You are responsible for ensuring a quiet, private space for online or phone sessions. 7. Responsibility & Commitment Coaching is a collaborative process, and your commitment to taking action is key to your success. The coach is not responsible for making decisions on your behalf but will support and guide you toward clarity and progress. By booking a session, you agree to these terms.
